The Quiltro board game was developed throughout 2014 and finished in 2015. The game aims to educate Chilean families on responsible ownership of dogs considering their different needs (health, play, nutrition) and particular qualities derived from dogs’ context and age.
The game acts as an introduction of concepts such as guaranteeing the best possible health, good coexistence, understanding of body language, and assessment of having a dog as a pet. The game’s final goal is to prevent dog abandonment and reduce the number of stray dogs.
